CONFLICTS OF INTEREST (UNBELIEVABLE!)

Louis DeNaples

His daughter married to Leo Glodzik (LAG Towing). They are now divorced but Leo Glodzik maintains they still have a business relationship.

Mayor Leighton illegally broke the current tower's (1995) contract and gave it to Glodzik (LAG).

The initial 1995 tower (City Wide) wom $250,000 from the city for Leighton's actions.

The Mayor would again lose a substantial amount after he sued a womam who simply wanted to keep a firehouse open.

Louis DeNaples owns the property where LAG Towing operates

Cars at one point were sold out of LAG's yard to a WB police captain's car lot. (Cars were thus moved "full circle" by the police. The police would order a tow and cars could eventually be sold by a police captain).

DeNaples owns junk yards and such. Cars, that were charged outrageous tow/impound fees, could be moved from LAG to DeNaples yards.

The SCRANTON FBI and the Wilkes-Barre DA’s OFFICE (Jackie Musto Carroll) has been completely compromised due to the arrogant and unethical behavior of Mayor Tom Leighton and Wilkes-Barre Police Chief Gerrard Dessoye.

There was a final four party held this past week... or we can say there was a rally in support of W-B Mayor Tom Leighton for Senate.   Notables attending: Tom Leighton, County detective Mike Dessoye, County detective Jim Noone, FBI Agent Joe Noone,  Frank Noone, Attorney Joe Vullo etc…

Gerrard Dessoye (W-B Police Chief)

His brother, Mike Dessoye, works in the DA’s office under District Attorney Jackie Carroll Musto.

Gerrard Dessoye has been seen dinning with local Scranton FBI Agent Joe Noone. 

W-B Police Chief Gerard Dessoye takes part in shooting/gun range practice with Scranton FBI agents.

Gerrad Dessoye’s wife works in City Hall.

Joe Noone (Scranton FBI Agent)

He has compromised himself three times as depicted above:

-          Attends party for Mayor Leighton

-          Dines with W-B Police Chief Gerard Dessoye

-          Takes part in gun range practice with Gerrard Dessoye.

Jim Noone (County Detective)

He is the brother of FBI agent Joe Noone and was hired by District Attorney Jackie Carroll Musto

There is an obvious conflict as Jim Noone, whose task it is to work with police, is brothers with FBI agent Joe Noone who has the authority to investigate the police.

There is also the dilemma of having a Noone (Jim) and a Dessoye (Mike) working together. Is their loyalty laterally to Chief of Police Gerrard Dessoye, or vertically towards FBI Agent Joe Noone?

Jackie Carroll Musto (District Attorney)

She made the hiring of FBI agent Joe Noone knowing that this would add to the conflicts of interest in place and yet she hired him anyway! As a result, citizens like me are forced to “convince” those outside the area that this case is worthy of an investigation.

DA Jackie Musto Carroll uncle, Senator Raphael Musto, was indicted 9 months ago by the FBI on bribery and kickback charges.

Ever the political opportunist, she helped set up a fund to help the victims of “Kids for Cash.” Yet it is important to point out that knowledge of this corruption was known years ago all the way down to “the man on the street.” Musto Carroll was silent when it was going on – yet tried to collect “political capital” after the fact. Very sad.
