I ask that the city's administration be charged with issuing a false “Right-to-Know” response. See information below where you will find I was "shortchanged" (over $325,631) by the city in my request for payments made from the Wilkes-Barre city to Leo Glodzik. Approximately two years ago W-B Fireman Tyler Hammond received what is represented in the left column. I am sure that the "administration" probably forgot what they sent to Tyler Hammond and certainly weren't counting on me comparing my records with his.
NOTE: The payments are mysteriously cut off in June of 2008. This raises suspicion. Are there more payments that they aren't showing?
$702,000 is an extraordinary sum to pay someone over a 2 year period.
Two questions stand out:
1) Was money being "laundered" through Glodzik?
2) How much, if any, was being kicked back to the Mayor (or others)?
The “given to Mr. Hammond” represents what Tyler Hammond received at least two years ago. The given to me represents what I received in August 2011. The “x’s” represent entries given to Mr. Hammond that were not disclosed to me. $325,631 was withheld from me. The records are not listed chronologically (and were given to me as you see below).
